Dessert Chef (2 Positions Open) (Ref:100): 

Prepare variety of traditional Bangla desserts in bulk quantities; Curating seasonal menu items, focusing on fresh seasonal ingredients; Monitoring quality standards of desserts in the kitchen; Maintaining and cleaning the kitchen; Demonstrating and training restaurant staff on preparation of traditional Bangla desserts; Experimenting and developing new dessert recipes based on customer feedback and preferences.  

Skills: Preparing traditional Bangla desserts; traditional making of Chenna, a unique form of cottage cheese, an essential ingredient of traditional Bangla desserts; unique preparation of sugar syrup. 

Minimum Education: None. 

Minimum Experience: Two (2) years. 

Position requires two (2) years of experience, which must include twenty-four (24) months of experience in preparing traditional Bangla desserts; traditional making of Chenna, a unique form of cottage cheese, an essential ingredient of traditional Bangla desserts; unique preparation of sugar syrup.
